Board Member Recruitment

The effectiveness of non-government organisations is directly linked to the capability and performance of the leadership of the organisation. Ongoing support to maintain and lift the level of governance within the sector is considered essential.

To compliment other governance projects, the Industry Development Fund engaged the Nucleus Group to conduct a feasibility study for the establishment of a Board Member recruitment service.  A pilot board matching process was completed, resulting in the engagement of 7 new board members across 3 organisations.
